By purchasing tickets through PopupBee.com, you expressly agree that refund responsibility lies solely with the Event Organizer, and not with PopupBee.com.

PopupBee.com acts only as a technology platform to list events, enable ticket booking, and facilitate payments between attendees and organizers.

03Refund rules & Processing
All ticket purchases are final. Refunds are credited only to the original payment method and typically take 3–10 business days once approved.
Platform fees or convenience fees may be non-refundable at the organizer's discretion.
